2. Replace processed snacks with whole foods
We often opt for snacks like chips and cookies to satisfy our cravings. These snacks are usually high in added sugars, preservatives, salts, or other unhealthy fats. It’s better to replace them by choosing whole foods like fruits, vegetables, and nuts which are rich in nutrients and can help you feel full and satisfied in a healthier way.
